Geographer, traveller, tour leader and photographer

For more than 20 years I have been combining the world of adventure with visual storytelling.

Thanks to my work as a tour leader for a travel agency I have experience in preparing itineraries, organising trips and leading groups in many corners of the world. My aim is to create trips that are not just about photography, but about experience, discovery, creativity and inspiration.

I studied geography and cartography, I work in GIS, and in my free time I most enjoy photographing nature and exploring our planet. A few years ago I made a year-long journey around the world.

I specialise in travel photography that combines different subjects – landscape, street, portrait and wildlife. On the road I enjoy looking for the light, the story and the moment that captures a place. On expeditions I give advice right in the field on camera settings, composition and the choice of place and time. The trips are suitable for beginners and for those who do not take photos at all.

I know the places I take groups to personally. For each trip I choose the most interesting ones, many of which you will not find in guidebooks. Besides photography I enjoy music, and in recent years I have often swapped my backpack and hiking boots for a bike and panniers. I write about my travels on the blog.
